Ross Bannerman

Ross Bannerman is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in supply chain and logistics management, currently serving as the Chief Operating Officer of Logistics Commodities and Services Transformation at Leidos since March 2021. Prior to this role, Bannerman founded Bannerman Consulting Ltd to support supply chains in both public and private sectors, and held the position of Operations Director EMEA at Incora, overseeing operational performance across advanced composite materials in aerospace and defense. Bannerman's previous tenure at Wincanton spanned over two decades in various leadership positions, including Director of Defence, Aerospace and Engineering, Managing Director of Wincanton India, and Supply Chain Director for Somerfield/Wincanton Group, where significant cost reductions and operational efficiencies were achieved. Educational qualifications include A Levels from Cronton Sixth Form College, Advanced Executive Development from Henley Business School, and a BA Hons in Economics from The Manchester Metropolitan University.
