Sharon Hooper has extensive experience in the information technology field, currently serving as an IT Problem Manager at Leidos since October 2013. Previous roles at Leidos include Windows System Administrator, Laboratory Operations Manager, and Computer Engineer. Prior to Leidos, Sharon worked at AT&T from July 2000 to March 2013 as an Electronic Technician, where responsibilities included analyzing and repairing power equipment, installing and testing DSL and broadband services, and performing cabling and fiber optic installations. From March 1990 to May 2000, Sharon held the position of Sr. Systems Admin at Better Communications Consultants. Educational qualifications include a degree from Mississippi State University (1980-1984) and further studies at Western Governors University (2013-2016).
