Tregnel Thomas, CSDP, has significant experience in socio-economic business liaison and supplier diversity, with a strong background in cost estimation in the shipbuilding and defense sectors. Tregnel served as the Socio-Economic Business Liaison Officer/Supplier Diversity Specialist at Ingalls Shipbuilding from November 2018 to November 2023, where responsibilities included developing and implementing subcontracting plans in line with Federal Acquisition Regulations. Previous roles included cost estimation and project management positions at Jindal Tubular USA, Eastern Shipbuilding Group, Inc., VT Halter Marine, and Northrop Grumman, emphasizing proficiency in project specifications, cost analysis, and procurement processes. Currently, Tregnel is the Lead Small Business Analyst for the Diverse Supplier Program at Leidos. Tregnel holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from Delta State University, a Master's degree in Theology from Vintage Bible College & Seminary, and a certificate in Government Contract Management from Villanova University.
