Khadisha Telfer

Khadisha Telfer is an experienced operations manager with a strong background in legal and people operations, currently serving at Leif since August 2022. Previously, Khadisha held similar positions at Tandem Workforce and was a key figure in the Claims Department at OEC Group, where management of over 400 claim files and negotiation of settlements were critical responsibilities. Early in the career at Zimmerman Law, P.C., Khadisha advanced from Legal Assistant to Managing Paralegal, overseeing administrative functions. Additionally, experience includes internships with the Office of Assemblyman Chad Lupinacci and Friends of Steve Snair, where skills in event planning and volunteer coordination were developed. Khadisha holds a Master's Degree in Public Policy and a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and Government from Stony Brook University.
