Yalonda Howze

Yalonda Howze began their work experience as an Attorney at Nutter McClennen & Fish LLP in 2004. In 2007, they joined Mintz as a Partner, where they stayed until 2020. During their time at Mintz, they held the role of EVP, Chief Legal Officer and Corporate Secretary at Codiak BioSciences from July 2020 to April 2023. Yalonda is currently the Chief Legal Officer and Corporate Secretary at Generation Bio, starting in April 2023.

Yalonda Howze earned a Bachelor of Arts degree (B.A.) from the University of Michigan between 1991 and 1997. Following their undergraduate studies, they pursued a Master of Divinity (MDiv) degree at Harvard University from 1997 to 2001. Yalonda Howze then furthered their education by completing a Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree at the University of Virginia School of Law from 2001 to 2004, specializing in Law.
