Manu Thampi

Manu Thampi is a Manager of Digital Excellence Operations at Leifheit AG, with experience in defining, designing, and implementing process improvement projects in collaboration with site management and the central Operations Executive team to achieve operational excellence. Prior to this role, Manu served as an Application Architect and Project Manager for R&D, successfully leading multiple projects focused on customer solutions and digitalization. Earlier experience includes positions as a work student and master thesis student at E.G.O Elektro Geräte AG, where contributions involved FMEA analysis, algorithm optimization, GUI development, and automated induction cooktop design. Manu holds a Master's Degree in Sensor System Technology from Karlsruhe University of Applied Sciences and a Bachelor of Technology in Electronics and Communications Engineering from Mangalam College of Engineering.
