Linda Wong

Linda Wong is an accomplished legal professional with extensive experience in employment law and social justice advocacy. Currently a Partner at Leigh Day since October 2015, Linda focuses on landmark equal pay cases and various employment and discrimination matters. Previously, as Head of Employment at Mark Reynolds Solicitors Ltd from July 2013 to October 2015, Linda established and managed a new employment department across five offices. Linda also served as Head of Legal at Avensure Ltd, overseeing the legal department's operations and compliance while developing a team of legal advisors. Earlier, as Senior Solicitor at Cumbria Law Centre from June 2005 to May 2012, Linda handled diverse employment law cases and was nominated as the supervising solicitor for the Employment department.
