Marc Heu

Marc Heu is currently an Adult Carpenter Apprentice at Leighs Construction Ltd since January 2022, following prior experience as a Builders Apprentice at Isiah Reynolds Building LTD from January 2020 to October 2022, and earlier roles at Hamlin Construction Limited and Isiah Reynolds Building. Before transitioning to the construction industry, Marc served in the NZ Defence Force for over 31 years, where responsibilities included HR recruitment, training specialist roles, and leadership positions, culminating in a role as Course Manager/Senior Instructor, overseeing administration, logistics, and resources for junior leadership courses.
