Dean Cowley

Dean Cowley has over 25 years of experience in safety management within the construction industry. Currently serving as the General Manager SHEQ and Head of Safety for Leighton Asia since February 2010, Dean previously held the position of Operations Safety Manager at Gammon Construction from January 2003 to December 2009. Additional experience includes roles as Project Safety Manager for Balfour Beatty (HK) Ltd at Lok Ma Chau Station and Nam Cheung Station, and as Head of Safety for West Rail Projects at VSL (HK). Dean's career began at Chun Wo Foundations as Project Safety Manager for West Rail Projects in early 1998.
