Sarah Owen (MCIPD)

Sarah Owen (MCIPD) is an experienced education and HR professional with a diverse background in teaching and human resources. Currently serving as a Teacher of Business at Leighton Park School since September 2021, Sarah previously held similar teaching positions at Piggott School and has extensive HR experience as a consultant at Jaluch HR & Training, where responsibilities included addressing employee relations, training, and coaching. Prior roles also include Senior HR Business Partner at Reading College and HR Business Partner at Sainsburys. Sarah holds a BSc in Biological Sciences from Lancaster University and an MA in Human Resources from the University of West London.
