Erika Rautavaara

Erika Rautava has over eight years of experience at Suunto, progressing through various roles including Requirement Manager, Sustainability & Operational Development Manager, Program Manager, Sustainability Manager, Responsible Business Specialist, and Project Coordinator, focusing on sustainability strategy, supply chain management, and corporate responsibility. Prior to Suunto, Erika worked as a coach in synchronized swimming at Uinti Vantaa ry and Uinti Espoo, and held positions in academic program coordination at Aalto University, alongside early career roles in diverse industries such as paper manufacturing and healthcare. Erika holds a Master of Science in Printing Technology and Product Development from Aalto University and was an exchange student in Industrial and Product Design at Pontificia Universidad Católica de Chile.
