Niall Kerley

Niall Kerley serves as the Women's Development Officer at Leinster Rugby since September 2020, focusing on the growth of the girls' and women's game in the Metro region. With extensive experience in the rugby sector, Niall held positions as Club and Community Rugby Officer at Ulster Rugby and Leinster Rugby before that. In addition to rugby, Niall manages a fitness and leadership consultancy, iFitness Ireland, specializing in the mental and physical fitness of individuals and organizations. Past roles include Duty Manager at Aura Leisure Dundalk overseeing leisure facilities and Director at Team X Competition, involved in water sports equipment manufacturing. Niall's educational background includes a Master of Science in Sports Performance Analysis & Development from Rowan University and various other qualifications in exercise, fitness, and outdoor education.
