Stephen Costelloe

Stephen Costelloe has extensive experience in rugby coaching and management, currently serving as the U18s youths team manager for Leinster Rugby since August 2013, where responsibilities include coordinating administration duties and communicating with players. In addition, Costelloe has held various coaching roles, including head coach of TRIBE Suttonians Women's Rugby and Malahide RFC U20s, as well as joint head coach for St Mary's Women's AIL team. With a background in rugby development as the Director of Mini and Youth Rugby at Blackrock Rugby Club, Costelloe has also acted as a community rugby officer, promoting coaching in local schools. Prior experience includes managing a digital marketing firm and working in sales and marketing roles. Costelloe holds a Special Purpose Award in Sports Psychology and a Bachelor of Science in Business and Entrepreneurship.
