Dr. Rebekka Lintzmeyer

Dr. Rebekka Lintzmeyer currently serves as Executive Board Assistant at Leistritz AG since February 2025, bringing a wealth of experience from previous roles including Executive Assistant to the CEO at davero dialog GmbH and Account Managerin, where responsibilities included strategic support, project coordination, and stakeholder communication. Prior to this, Dr. Lintzmeyer was a lecturer at FAU Erlangen-Nürnberg, focusing on pedagogical psychology and excellence research, contributing to course development, exam evaluation, and scientific publications. Dr. Lintzmeyer holds a Ph.D. in Pedagogical Psychology from FAU Erlangen-Nürnberg and is furthering education in HR Management with a focus on personal development and digital skills at IU International University of Applied Sciences.
