Kelly Rech Astbury

Kelly Rech Astbury has extensive experience in leadership and marketing roles across various organizations. As the Director of Sales Marketing at Leisure Care since November 2019, Kelly has demonstrated expertise in sales strategies. In addition, Kelly owns and directs The Rech Center For Performing Arts, showcasing a longstanding commitment to the arts since June 2004. Previous positions include Director of Hospitality at Homestead at Hamilton, Director of Dance & Gymnastics Program at Boys & Girls Clubs of Mercer County, and spokesperson for Ballys Hotel & Casino and the Philadelphia 76ers. Kelly also served as an Adjunct Professor at West Chester University, developing curricula for dance and fitness courses. Kelly holds a Bachelor's degree in Science of Education from West Chester University of Pennsylvania.
