Ken Robertson serves as the Vice President of Development at Leisure Care, overseeing all development activities since February 2006. Responsibilities include site selection, project development, contract negotiations, land entitlements, and construction management, in addition to consulting on property acquisitions and building assessments. Prior to Leisure Care, Ken worked as a Transit Oriented Development Project Coordinator at Sound Transit from 1998 to January 2006, where engagement with Puget Sound governmental jurisdictions focused on policy development and planning related to station area development for a multi-billion dollar transit investment. Ken holds a Certificate in Real Estate Development from the University of Washington and a Bachelor of Science in Geography with a minor in English and Urban Planning & Design from Portland State University.
