Before joining Cardinal Health, Michael worked at Syncor International as a Consultant/Technologist and at West Penn - Suburban Hospital as the Nuclear Medicine Supervisor, where they successfully managed the department, achieved budget goals, and implemented marketing strategies to increase revenue.

Michael E Weiblinger obtained their High School Diploma from North Catholic in 1992. Michael E then went on to pursue a degree in Radiography & Nuclear Technology and earned their Bachelor's degree from La Roche University in 2001. In 1998, they also obtained certifications from the Nuclear Medicine Technology Certification Board and The American Registry of Radiologic Technologists. Later, in 2016, they completed their Master of Business Administration (MBA) with a specialization in Strategy - Global Leadership from the Fox School of Business at Temple University.
