Richard Marsham

Richard Marsham has extensive experience in leadership and management roles across various organizations. Marshall served as Account Director at 1576 from 1994 to 1998 and has been Group Managing Partner at The Leith Agency since 2006, overseeing a team of 130 professionals with full P&L responsibility. In addition, Marsham has contributed as a Non-Executive Director for TreeLocate since January 2019, guiding the global family-run business in its growth strategies. Furthermore, Marsham has been involved with The Prince Philip Gordonstoun Foundation as Chair since November 2020 and served as Deputy Chair at Gordonstoun School from November 2008 to November 2021. Other notable experience includes the role of Brand Manager at Scottish and Newcastle from 1998 to 2000.
