Philipp Pauly is an experienced senior executive in the retail and convenience store sectors, currently serving as Senior Vice President of Energy Stations & Convenience Stores at Lekkerland SE since March 2020. Prior roles include Senior Vice President of Stores & Franchise at Lekkerland SE and various leadership positions at REWE Group from April 2016 to February 2020, such as Head of REWE Convenience and Head of Inhouse Consulting. Philipp's earlier experiences at REWE International AG involved roles including COO of Billa Russia and Operations Director of Billa Romania, alongside foundational positions at REWE Group and REWE International AG starting in 2005.
