Dr. Lanre Idowu Fcipm

Dr. Lanre Idowu FCIPM, FITD, FIMC, SPHRi, HRPL has extensive experience in human resources management, currently serving as Deputy General Manager of HR at Lekki Free Zone Development Company since May 2009, where responsibilities include strategic HR planning and talent management. Previously, Dr. Idowu held positions as Assistant General Manager of Human Resources and Human Resources Manager at the same organization, and as Head of Human Resources at Sifax Group. Earlier career experience includes a role in Human Resources at Vmobile Nigeria Ltd. Academically, Dr. Idowu holds an MBA in Business Administration from the University of Lagos, a Professional Diploma in Human Resource Management from the Chartered Institute of Personnel Management of Nigeria, and a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from the University of Ibadan.
