Gareth Belsey has a diverse background in the music industry, starting as a Music Assistant at Shine Group and eventually moving up to roles such as Junior Music Manager at Endemol Shine Group. With experience in music supervision, licensing, and contract negotiation, Gareth has also worked in marketing, social media coordination, and office management roles. With a BA (Hons) in European Literature from Royal Holloway, University of London, Gareth's expertise lies in music consultancy, content creation, and team strategy in the entertainment industry.

We curate, source, develop, create and license music. We deliver the full spectrum of music supervision from music production and placement, licensing and budgeting, to artist collaborations and brand partnerships. We are a unique and highly-esteemed music supervision team working closely with some of the world’s most successful filmmakers. Our globally award winning work includes celebrated campaigns for Nike, Paralympics, Honda and Samsung. We also supervised every John Lewis Christmas campaign for twelve years, with the music being a key part of their highly anticipated launch each year. Our Film & TV work includes Netflix drama series ‘Top Boy’; the Steve McQueen directed BBC series ‘Small Axe’; the Kevin Macdonald directed feature film ‘The Mauritanian’ and the Nicôle Lecky BBC musical drama series ‘Mood’. We are also proud to represent a boutique and ever-evolving roster of film and TV composers, each sought after for their individual style and specialisms, including Tom Hodge, Michael ‘Mikey J’ Asante, Joel Cadbury, Hannah Holland, Mara Carlyle, Simon Goff, Philip Sheppard, Galya Bisengalieva, Benjamin Kwasi Burrell, Xav Clarke, Hollie Buhagiar, and Benjamin Woodgates.
