Javier Bastidas

Javier Bastidas is a Senior Associate at Leland, Parachini, Steinberg, Matzger & Melnick LLP since May 2017, with a legal practice concentrated on business transactions, business litigation, trademark, and copyright law. In addition to this role, Javier serves as Vice-Chair of the Business Law Section and Chair of the Intellectual Property / Internet Law Section at The Bar Association of San Francisco, roles held since April 2023. Previously, Javier was a Supervising Attorney for the Shriver Custody Project at the Justice & Diversity Center of BASF from June 2011 to May 2016, providing assistance to low-income parents in custody disputes.
