Sil Warnaar has a diverse work experience spanning over 20 years. Starting in 1998, they worked as an Event Coordinator at De Krim Texel, where they achieved a 25% sales growth and coordinated internal and external suppliers. They then joined Seabourn Cruise Line as a Dining Room Waiter. In 2002, Sil Warnaar worked as a Customer Service Representative at SanDisk, where they provided excellent service to international customers and managed logistics matters. From 2006 to 2011, they held the position of Account/Sales Manager at Promit Ter Haar, taking overall responsibility for profit and loss, securing a five-year tender, and building client relationships. They then worked as an Account Manager at Meetinglinq from 2011 to 2012, achieving goals through margin, sales, and strong customer relationship management. In 2012, they joined Intraco Trading as an Account Manager, exceeding sales targets, establishing a key account management program, and implementing sales and account strategies. From 2014 to 2015, they worked as an Account Manager at Outstanding Branding, sourcing and distributing promotional merchandise. Finally, Sil Warnaar joined LELO in 2018, initially as Head of Sales Benelux and later as Sales Manager Benelux for Lelo/Hex and Intimina.
Sil Warnaar attended MDS Alkmaar from 1986 to 1991, focusing on retail management. Later, from 1993 to 1995, Sil pursued a Bachelor's degree at the Institute of Hotel Management.
