Jonathan Dahlman

Jonathan Dahlman, CPA, CMA, serves as the Director of Finance at Lely since April 2024. Prior to this role, Jonathan held various positions at Compressor Controls Corporation, including FP&A Director and Senior FP&A Manager from November 2020 to April 2024, and served as a Senior Financial Analyst at Fidelity & Guaranty Life from November 2018 to November 2020. With extensive experience in financial analysis and budgeting across different organizations, Jonathan has proficiencies in software such as SAP Financial Accounting, Oracle Essbase, and IBM Cognos. Jonathan's earlier roles include financial positions at American Airlines and Principal Financial Group, as well as teaching managerial accounting at The University of Iowa. Jonathan holds an MBA in Corporate Finance and a BBA in Accounting and Finance from The University of Iowa Tippie College of Business.
