Shane Hoverman

Shane Hoverman currently serves as the Director of Sales at LEM Products since September 2023. Previously, Shane was a Customer Business Manager at Conagra Brands from 2021 to 2023, where responsibilities included leading the Snacks portfolio for Kroger, overseeing 110 products and 15 brands, and executing brand strategies. Prior experience includes roles as a National Account Manager at Pelican Products, Inc. from 2016 to 2021, focusing on consumer channel accounts, and at Newell Brands from 2007 to 2016, where Shane held various positions including National Account Manager for The Home Depot, Trade Marketing Manager, and Associate Trade Marketing Manager, driving substantial sales growth and strategic initiatives. Shane's career began as a Basketball Operations Intern with the Philadelphia 76ers in 2006. Shane holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a focus on Marketing from The Ohio State University Fisher College of Business.
