Rachel Chen

Rachel Chen is an accomplished sourcing and procurement professional with extensive experience in supply chain management within the technology and medical device sectors. Currently serving as a Sourcing Manager at LEM since September 2018, Rachel has previously held the position of Head of Procurement at Associated British Foods plc in China and APAC Sourcing Manager at Varian, where significant growth in supplier development and commodity expansion was achieved. Rachel's career also includes key roles at GE Healthcare and GE Transportation, focusing on cost efficiency and supplier qualification for various engineering projects, as well as early career experience at Motorola Mobility. Rachel holds both a Master's and Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Electronics and Communications Engineering from Tianjin University.
