Raúl Lema has over 22 years of professional experience in the oil and gas industry. Raúl began their career in 1998 as a Mechanical Design Engineer at Baker Hughes, a GE company, where they were responsible for the design and engineering of machine tooling, manufacturing processes, and programming of software systems and CNC mills and lathes. Raúl then moved into a Product Management & Engineering role, where they led a product engineering team and collaborated with Research and Marketing on new product development and product line launches. In 2007, Raúl joined ConocoPhillips as a Wells Performance Manager, where they managed a corporate team and partnered with IT to help 13 business units with the maintenance of engineering software. In 2018, they became a Product & Marketing Manager at Technical Toolboxes, leading product and marketing efforts that established business & product strategies to improve midstream engineering software application portfolio, marketing and sales. Raúl then moved to The Devil's in the Details, LLC in 2019 as Vice President Marketing & Corporate Engagement, before founding their own consulting business, Lema Ventures LLC, in 2017. Raúl currently serves as President of Vital Sign Solutions since 2020.

Raúl Lema holds a BS in Mechanical Engineering with a minor in International Political Economy of Latin America from the Colorado School of Mines. Raúl also holds the FE/EIT-NCEES Fundamentals of Engineering Certification from NCEES, which they obtained in 1998.
