Parisa Zarkeshian is a Mitacs Postdoctoral Fellow at 1QBit and the University of Calgary, focusing on research and implementation of highly efficient diffusion models using Pytorch and JAX, while applying machine learning techniques to address complex industrial challenges. With a robust academic background, Parisa completed a Ph.D. in Quantum Entanglement, Quantum Optics, and Backpropagation Learning from the University of Calgary, where also served as a Graduate Research Assistant, Sessional Instructor for undergraduate courses, and led workshops on quantum mysteries. Prior educational credentials include a Master's degree in Quantum Phase Transition and Topological Quantum Computation from Sharif University of Technology and a Bachelor’s degree in Physics from Isfahan University of Technology.
