Aya Audi Rachgea

Aya Audi Rachgea has accumulated diverse experience in human resources and training roles since 2015. Currently, Rachgea is involved with Lembaga Penjamin Simpanan (LPS), where responsibilities include assignments in the Group Penanganan Premi Penjaminan and various training-related roles within the Learning Center and Human Resources Development Groups. Prior to LPS, Rachgea worked as Project Support for the Human Resources Business Partner at Dayalima Abisatya, and held positions at PowerSwitch Indonesia in Human Resources and General Affairs, as well as several freelance roles in different organizations. Rachgea's educational background includes a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from the University of Indonesia, completed in 2016.
