Damaiyanti Sakti

Damaiyanti Sakti has extensive experience in strategic corporate planning and human resources, currently serving as the Strategic Corporate Planning Group Director and Human Resources Group Director at Lembaga Penjamin Simpanan since April 2010. Previous roles at LPS include Corporate Policy Division Head and HR Development Division Head. Prior to LPS, Damaiyanti held the position of Talent & Career Development Head at PT Elnusa, Tbk, and worked as an HR Specialist at VICO Indonesia. Damaiyanti began a career in human resources at CIMB Niaga, where the role of Human Resources Division Head was held from 1996 to 2007. Educational qualifications include a Master's degree in Applied Psychology from the University of Indonesia and a Bachelor's degree in Communication from Universitas Gadjah Mada.
