Mahfuz Shaharudin

Mahfuz Shaharudin is a strategic management professional with extensive experience in change management and corporate strategy. Currently serving as Manager of the Strategic Management Department at Lembaga Zakat Selangor (MAIS), Mahfuz oversees budget management, key performance indicators, and the implementation of strategic initiatives. Prior to this role, Mahfuz worked as Senior Executive for Corporate Strategy & Digital Transformation at Agensi Kaunseling dan Pengurusan Kredit, focusing on digital transformation programs and corporate performance management. Experience includes positions at Ernst & Young Global Consulting Services as a Senior Associate in People Advisory Services, and as Change Management Analyst at HumanCapient Consulting, among others. Mahfuz holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Applied Science (Product Development Technology) from Universiti Malaysia Kelantan.
