Kateryna Rybachok has a diverse work experience starting in 2009 as the Head of Labor Department at Lviv city council. Kateryna then worked as a Recruiter at LaMetric (Smart Atoms Ltd) from 2016 to 2019. In 2016, they also started working at Lemberg Solutions Limited, first as a Recruiter and later as the Head of Recruitment.
Kateryna Rybachok completed their education at various institutions. Kateryna obtained a Master of Arts degree in Human Resources and Organization Development from UCU Business School (LvBS) from 2018 to 2020. Prior to that, they attended LITS Lviv IT School in 2015-2016 to study as a Recruiter and searcher. Additionally, they achieved a Master's degree in Company management from Ivan Franko National University of Lviv between 2002 and 2007. Kateryna also obtained a certificate in "IT recruiter" from LITS in 2015.
