Oyinkansola (Folarin) Emmanuel

Oyinkansola Emmanuel, SPHRi, GMNIM, MILR, C-PM, has a wealth of work experience. Starting in 2012, Oyinkansola was a Teaching at Corona Secondary School, where they developed and implemented weekly lesson plans for Drama for junior school, developed Curriculum Review for the subject in junior school, and taught Drama as a subject across junior classes. In 2014, Oyinkansola transitioned to HR Officer (Outsourcing) at Etisalat (ESMCS). In 2020, Oyinkansola moved to Lead, People Operations at Kudi. Most recently, in 2022, Oyinkansola became Head of People & Culture at Lemonade Finance and People Service Delivery Manager at Nomba.

Oyinkansola Emmanuel holds a Bachelor's Degree in English from the University of Lagos, obtained between 2008 and 2011. Oyinkansola also holds a Masters in Industrial and Labour Relations from the University of Lagos, obtained between 2017 and 2019. In 2012, they obtained a Graduate Member & Proficiency from the Nigeria Institute of Management (Chartered). In 2020, they obtained a Senior Professional in Human Resources - International (SPHRi) from the HR Certification Institute. Oyinkansola also obtained a Certified Performance Management Professional from The KPI Institute in 2021. In addition, they have obtained several certifications from LinkedIn, Google, and CoffeeChat.
