Alexa Minotti is a seasoned marketing professional with extensive experience in retention marketing and email campaign management. Currently serving as Senior Manager of Retention at Lemme since September 2024, Alexa previously held multiple roles at Magic Spoon, progressing from Senior Retention Associate to Senior Retention Marketing Manager between September 2021 and October 2024. Prior experience includes positions at Tarte Cosmetics as an Email Marketing Associate and Coordinator, and as a Digital Marketing Associate at Informa Engage. Alexa's expertise includes managing outbound email marketing campaigns, collaborating cross-functionally, analyzing competitive data, and optimizing lead generation strategies. Alexa holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Communication and Media Studies with a concentration in PR/Advertising and a Minor in Management from the State University of New York Cortland.
