Zach Martin Cfm

Zach Martin, holding certifications as a Certified Floodplain Manager, Certified Construction Manager, and Associate Constructor, serves as the Lemoine Disaster Recovery Regional Program Manager since August 2025. With over 18 years of experience in Community Development Block Grant Program-Disaster Recovery (CDBG-DR), Zach previously held the role of Director of State Housing Programs at GrantWorks, Inc., where a focus was placed on disaster recovery housing programs. Additional experience includes working as a Senior Construction Manager at Serco in support of FEMA operations, a Disaster Recovery Construction Manager for the Texas General Land Office post-Hurricane Harvey, and multiple roles in construction management and estimation across various organizations. Zach possesses a Bachelor's degree in Construction Management from Louisiana State University.
