Nathani Bolletta

Nathani Bolletta currently serves as the Head of People at Lemon Energia, starting in November 2023. Prior experience includes roles as Head of People at Livance from August 2021 to November 2023, and various positions in talent acquisition at Creditas, Cargo X, and Randstad. Nathani's expertise encompasses culture development, talent acquisition, diversity and inclusion, employer branding, learning and development, and wellness initiatives. Educational qualifications include a bachelor's degree in International Relations and Affairs from Faculdades Integradas Rio Branco and a postgraduate degree in Business Management and Marketing from ESPM. Nathani is currently pursuing further education at USP - Universidade de São Paulo.
