Andrew Pischchany has a diverse work experience. Andrew began their career in 2014 as a Volunteer for AIESEC in Kyiv. In 2015, they participated in a Work and Travel program in the USA and also worked as a Marketing Intern for Softorino Inc. and a Project Management Intern for AdPro Ukraine. In 2016, they worked as a Marketing Manager for AIESEC and then in 2017, they became the Country Manager for AIESEC, leading a team of 10 people and providing 1800 exchanges to young people. Andrew then moved to Mate Academy in 2019, where they worked as a Product Manager. In 2021, they joined Microsoft as a Product Marketing Manager - Security, Compliance & Identity and in 2022, they began working at Lemon.io as a Product Manager. Andrew'sgoal for 2023 is to become the main source of income for 1001 engineers.
Andrew Pischchany obtained a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Management, General from National Technical University of Ukraine 'Kyiv Polytechnic Institute'\u200b between 2012 and 2016.
