Marta Dzesa has had a long and successful career in performance marketing. Marta began their career in 2011 as an SEM Manager at Le Boutique, where they developed and managed PPC campaigns. In 2013, they moved to modnaKasta as a PPC Manager, where they planned, implemented, and managed a PPC strategy with an average monthly spending of nearly $100,000. In 2015, they joined Busfor as a PPC Lead and PPC Manager, where they led a PPC team, planned, implemented, and scaled PPC strategies, and interacted closely with project teams and representatives from Google and Yandex. In 2018, they moved to Lemon.io as a Performance Marketing Head, where they enhanced lead acquisition with PPC campaigns and set up analytics from 0. Finally, in 2019 they joined Be.Live as a Performance Marketing Lead, where they scaled PPC channels from 0 and increased total lead acquisition due to enhancing paid traffic.
Marta Dzesa obtained their Master's Degree in History of Philosophy from the National University of Kyiv-Mohyla Academy between 2008 and 2014. Marta also holds an AdWords Search Certification obtained in May 2018.
