Susanna Lishchenko

Susanna Lishchenko has worked in a variety of roles since 2018. In 2018, they worked as a Customer Support Specialist for ABC Classes 247. In this role, they answered customer requests and managed the daily routine. Susanna also extended the school's services with legal translation possibilities by recruiting 11 translators and sharing the idea itself. In 2019, Susanna worked as an Office-Event-Community Manager for Innocode. Since 2022, Susanna has been working at Lemon.io as a Recruiting Team Lead and Talent Acquisition Recruiter. As a Recruiting Team Lead, Susanna motivates recruiters to do their job efficiently and reach targets. Susanna also builds healthy working relationships within the team and develops and implements improvements to the recruiters' processes. As a Talent Acquisition Recruiter, Susanna guides developers through the whole cycle recruiting path and ensures they enjoy the company culture and transparent communication. Susanna also conducts interviews and onboard candidates.

Susanna Lishchenko obtained a Bachelor's degree in Linguistics from Brigham Young University between 2016 and 2019. In 2022, they obtained certifications from LinkedIn for Learning Notion, from the Ukrainian House of Pedagogy and Methodology for "Perўa domeўycha dopomoga v umovakh vijny" and from People First Club for "Fundament HR" Module 1 "Kar'era HR: rolі, kompetentsії ta vikliki". Susanna also obtained a certification from LinkedIn for Virtual Recruiting in May 2022.
