Erica Visokey

Erica Visokey, J.D., serves as a Course Facilitator for eCornell Law, specializing in Business Management, Marketing, and Law since January 2024. Currently, Erica also holds the position of Deputy General Counsel at The Lucky Foundation and has been functioning as Senior Director, Litigation Counsel at CONMED Corporation since January 2019, where responsibilities include building a litigation team and managing a global litigation portfolio. In addition, Erica contributes as an Advisory Board Member at The Lemon Perfect Company and a Board Member of the American Dog Society. Prior experience includes Legal Counsel for Stryker, where litigation strategies for product liability and employment lawsuits were developed, and an Associate role at Goodwin Procter LLP, practicing in various legal areas. Erica earned a Juris Doctor from Boston College Law School and a Bachelor of Science in Business from Brown University.
