Nikhil Saukhla is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in operations and management. Currently serving as Head of Operations and Chief of Staff to the CEO at Rhaeos since January 2021, Nikhil also holds investment roles at The Lemon Perfect Company. Previous positions include Head of Platform & Operations and Program Manager at Cedars-Sinai and the Cedars-Sinai Accelerator, respectively. Nikhil has also worked as Head of Operations (Fractional) at Eternally and as Operations Manager & Chief of Staff at RoofTop Management. Earlier roles include working as a Motion Picture, TV, & Digital Talent Agent Trainee/Manager at United Talent Agency and Development Analyst at Mosaic Media Group. Nikhil began professional involvement in digital and print modeling while studying at UCLA, where education was completed between 2012 and 2016.
