Shivam Shukla is a seasoned professional in the hospitality industry, currently serving as the Food and Beverage Manager for Lemon Tree Hotels since October 2021. Previously, Shivam held the position of Assistant Food and Beverage Manager and Sales & Business Process Head at Dropout Wellness, focusing on health and wellness food and beverage products. With extensive experience at Taj Hotels from 2013 to 2020, Shivam managed banquet operations and restaurant openings at the Taj Aravali Resort and Spa, contributing to its launch and operational success. Early career roles include positions at Carlson Hospitality Worldwide and Taj Hotels Resorts and Palaces, where Shivam gained comprehensive training in various hotel departments. Shivam holds a Bachelor of Hotel Management from Sams Institute of Hotel Management in Varanasi, obtained in 2010.
