Bonnie Walker

Bonnie Walker is an experienced insurance professional currently serving as Technical Lead for Property at Lemonade since May 2023. Previously, Bonnie held various positions at USAA from July 2007 to May 2023, including Manager of Claims Operations and General Adjuster, where responsibilities included managing large loss complex property claims across the Northeast Region and extensive catastrophe duty travel. Bonnie's earlier roles include serving as a Property Claims Adjuster for the Philadelphia area and as a Claims Management Specialist at Selective Insurance, responsible for multi-line claims. Bonnie co-owned CDN Adjusters from January 1995 to June 2005, overseeing personal and commercial lines property losses. Bonnie earned a Bachelor of Applied Science in Criminal Justice from West Chester University of Pennsylvania between 1990 and 1994.
