Rebecca Basler

Rebecca Basler is a skilled professional with a background in claims management and training. Currently serving as the Technical Training Manager for Property at Lemonade since March 2024, Rebecca previously worked as a Claims Trainer at Branch from May 2022 to January 2024, where responsibilities included developing and delivering training programs for auto and property adjusters. Prior to that, Rebecca spent eight years at The Hartford in various roles, including Commercial Claims Representative and Property Damage Specialist, handling a range of claims from low to complex, including catastrophic weather claims.
