Steven S. has extensive experience in fraud investigation and claims management within the insurance industry. Currently serving as SIU Manager and previously as SIU Investigator at Lemonade since June 2022, Steven has focused on identifying and investigating fraudulent claims. Prior roles include Senior Special Investigator at Metromile, where responsibilities included investigating suspicious claims across various categories and states, and Special Investigator at Progressive Insurance, managing investigations of potential fraud. Steven began a career at Progressive in various roles, including Fire and Theft Representative and Unrepresented Bodily Injury Adjuster, where skills in customer relations, claims resolution, and liability assessment were developed. Steven holds a Bachelor’s degree in Criminal Justice/Police Science from California State University, Fullerton.
