Ondřej started their career as a Lawyer at Frank Bold in 2013 and worked as an expert legal advisor at Sdružení obrany spotřebitelů - Asociace from 2012 to 2014. Ondřej Špulák also worked as a Web Programmer at Atlantic reklamní agentura from 2009 to 2012.
Ondřej Špulák completed their studies at Masaryk University Brno from 2011 to 2017, earning a Magistr (Mgr.) degree in Právo a právní věda (Law and Legal Science). Additionally, in 2015 and 2016, they attended Northumbria University, although it is not specified whether they obtained a degree during their time there. Ondřej focused on studying Law at Northumbria University as well.
