Bryan Gunawan, MBA, CHRP has a range of work experience in various roles and industries. Bryan'smost recent position is as a Special Project Lead at Lemonilo since September 2022. Prior to that, they were the VP of People at Lemonilo, where they achieved notable awards and led a team of 30+ in implementing growth strategies.

Before joining Lemonilo, Bryan worked as a Professional Independent Speaker & Trainer since 2012, where they created content and provided coaching services to various clients. Bryan also founded and advised the On That Point Institute, a communication and leadership development social venture.

Bryan Gunawan, MBA, CHRP has an extensive education history. Bryan completed their Master of Business Administration degree at INSEAD in 2017, with a focus on Management Strategy, Organizational Development, Innovation & Technology Strategy, and Entrepreneurship. In the same year, they also attended Northwestern University - Kellogg School of Management as a Fall Exchange MBA Student, where they studied Introduction to Software Development, Financial Decisions, and Leader Development Models.

Prior to their MBA, Bryan obtained a Non-Degree in Civic Engagement & Communication from the University of Massachusetts Amherst in 2015. Bryan holds a Bachelor of Economy degree from BINUS University, which they obtained between 2007 and 2011, majoring in Accounting and Finance. Bryan'seducational journey began at Sang Timur Catholic SHS, where they completed their Senior High School Degree with a Science Major in 2007.
