Dinesh Saravanan has a diverse work experience spanning over several companies. Their most recent position was as the Head of Quality and Training at Lemon Peak, a role which they began in August 2017. Prior to that, they worked at Aspire Systems as a Senior Information Technology Business Analyst from October 2015 to April 2017. At Aspire Systems, they were responsible for monitoring and analyzing market conditions for clients and developing strategies for companies to achieve steady profits. Before joining Aspire Systems, Dinesh worked at IV Support Technologies as a Customer Service/Retention Team Lead from December 2012 to October 2015. In this role, they managed day-to-day operations, ensured superior customer service, and acted as a communication conduit between agents and management. Dinesh also headed an internal up-sale team at IV Support Technologies. Dinesh's earliest work experience was at IBM India Private Limited, where they served as an Emergency Response Officer and Access Co-Ordinator from December 2009 to February 2012. Dinesh described their time at IBM India as a dream come true and an opportunity to develop their professional skills.
Dinesh Saravanan attended St.Peter's Matriculation Hr.Sec.School from 1992 to 2003, where they completed their High School education with a focus on Matriculation. Later, they pursued a degree in Computer Engineering from KCG College of Technology, studying from 2005 to 2009, and earned an Engineer's Degree.
