Sharon Cardinal has a diverse work experience spanning over several industries. Beginning in 1985, they worked as the DMM Merchandising at Britches of Georgetown/Women's Britches Great Outdoors for five years. Following that, they spent four years as the VP of Merchandising at Eddie Bauer. Sharon then worked at The Disney Store for three years, initially as the Director of Merchandising and then as the DMM of New Business Initiatives. Sharon then transitioned to Five Below, where they worked for three years as the DM for various product categories. Sharon's most recent positions have been as the VP of Sales and Brand Development at Lemontree ICS and DreamRising Co., Ltd, specializing in the beauty industry.

Sharon Cardinal attended Colorado State University from 1972 to 1976, where they obtained their Bachelor of Science degree in Merchandising and Textiles.
