Michael D'Eredita

Michael D'Eredita is a seasoned entrepreneur and academic with extensive experience in fostering innovation and entrepreneurship across various sectors. As Co-founder and Principal of Coffeehouse CxO since February 2022, Michael focuses on empowering SMEs and entrepreneurs. In addition, Michael serves as the Director of the Keenan Center for Entrepreneurship, Innovation and Creativity at Le Moyne College and previously held positions including Co-Founder of multiple ventures such as The Leading Element, LLC, Veda Sport, and Mozzo Analytics. Michael also served as High Performance Director for the Portuguese Rowing Federation and was a Professor of Practice at Syracuse University, emphasizing the intersection of community development, teamwork, and technology. Michael holds a PhD in Experimental and Cognitive Psychology from Syracuse University and a BS in Physics from Le Moyne College.
